DESCRIPTION:Two-Day Workbench Course  ***(Note it takes place on Saturday/ Sunday)      \nWould you like to have your own workbench\, to enable you to work in your work area\, at your own pace and undisturbed? If your answer is yes\, then maybe this is the right opportunity for you to get the most important piece of equipment in place. \nThis is a two-day course in which you will construct your own workbench from 90mm x 90mm timber with 225mm x 60mm planks in the top. Some experience is necessary for this course. \nBench Size Information: \nSome variables in size will be available\, the standard bench length for the course is 5ft 6in long.You can choose a shorter length if required to suit your work space. If you require a bench longer than 5ft 6in\, that will incur an additional material cost. Please provide bench length required for a quote for additional cost. Maximum bench length available is 7ft long. \nVice Information: \nThe cost of the vice is not included\, however you can purchase your own vice and fit it to the bench on the course. \nIf you need some advice on what vice to purchase please ask\, and we will guide you. You will complete a piece that will enable you to undertake your own woodwork projects in your own workspace. \n  \nCourse Cost €500.00

DESCRIPTION:Two-Day Adirondack Chair Course.    \nThis is a 2-day course (9.00 am to 5.00 pm each day). During the two days\, you make the beautiful Adirondack chair. Using Scandinavian pine you will be building a chair that will last for many years and will be a favourite for all family members. With step-by-step instructions from a master craftsman\, you will be learning how to use a variety of tools including a handsaw\, hand plane\, jigsaw\, spokeshave\, bevel\, battery screw gun\, wood chisel\, measuring tape\, and square. \nYou’ll be working in a fully equipped workshop\, meeting some new people\, as you work through the class together. You will be surprised at how much you will enjoy the process and taking home your chair will give you a great sense of achievement. \nThe class size is restricted to eight people\, so each person will have plenty of room to work. The workshop is spacious and each person will work on their own bench. \nAs it’s a two-day course\, you have the perfect chance to see some of Hook Peninsula and its spectacular beaches\, historic sites\, and visitor attractions. Take a day or two extra to enjoy the area. \nCourse Cost €280.00
